In every life every human
being will definitely be in loved with what is called emotion. Emotion is a feeling
that appears in a person because of stimulation that will eventually be done by
human. The consequence of those emotion triggers a person to be angry. Angry is
an emotion that physically changes a person’s body. Physiologist view anger as
a natural primary emotion that all humans experience at one time or another.
A person
who is angry has it’s own characteristics such a slightly reddened face, a
mouth that utters hurtful words, and a person who is angry has a desire to hurt
or even kill others. In addition to that,
an angry person will be hurt in the heart because being hurt can grow feelings
hate, envy, and disappointment.
There
are many causes of an angry person such as alcohol dependence, depression, frustration,
anxiety disorders, and other. Anger that is controlled will have a positive
impact, that is anger becomes a motivation. One the other, anger that is not
controlled will have a negative impact such a stress, frequent pain, anxiety
disorders, etc.
Overcoming
anger is not easy, but there are several ways that can be done, namely first
realize that you’re angry, secondly recognize the symptoms of anger in the physical,
thirdly improve the way you look, and lastly find a calm atmosphere or maybe find
entertainment to neutralize emotions.
